Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and DiscountProxy.net (“DiscountProxy,” “we,” “us”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing through our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (together, the “Agreement”).
1. Our service
DiscountProxy operates an online reseller marketplace for proxy-related products offered by independent third-party providers (“Partner Providers”). We facilitate account management, wallet credits, checkout, and delivery of activation keys or instructions. We do not operate the underlying proxy infrastructure unless explicitly stated for a specific listing.
Product availability, pricing, geographic coverage, and technical capabilities depend on each Partner Provider and may change without notice. Listings in the dashboard represent offers available at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the service if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously suspended your account.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may require identity or payment verification for fraud prevention or compliance.
4. Wallet credits and purchases
Many purchases use prepaid wallet balance. Top-up minimums, fees, and supported payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices for provider packages are displayed before you confirm an order.
When you complete a purchase, you receive fulfillment data (such as redemption codes, credentials, or steps) needed to activate the Partner Provider’s product. You are responsible for redeeming and using those products according to the provider’s terms.
5. Third-party providers
Partner Providers are independent third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and acceptable use rules. DiscountProxy is not responsible for Partner Provider outages, policy changes, IP quality, block rates, or account actions taken by a provider.
Disputes about proxy performance after successful fulfillment should be directed to the relevant provider; we will reasonably assist with order records where we can.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of DiscountProxy and any products obtained through us must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for how you use proxy access, including compliance with websites’ terms and data protection laws.
7. Fees, taxes, and refunds
All fees are shown in the currency indicated at checkout unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or withholdings.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy, purchases of activated provider products are final once delivered.
8. Intellectual property
The DiscountProxy brand, website, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform itself without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific proxy outcomes (including unblock rates, speeds, or geographic accuracy).
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCOUNTPROXY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DISCOUNTPROXY FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DiscountProxy from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated this Agreement, pose a security or abuse risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnities) will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes may be notified by email or site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply.
